Finally, here, we are going to cover some of the functional differences between how a business using the Metatocracy works and how a business using the Pyramid Power Structure works.
Some of these differences have already been covered out of necessity. For example, you should already know that the Metatocracy is non-hierarchical like the Pyramid Power Structure, so that means no one in the business, not even the CEO, has more power or authority than anyone else.
Authoritarianism is the game of the Master/Slave relationship that we’ve been playing for so long that we are finally evolving beyond. A truly egalitarian society has no room for authoritarianism. There is only one way to have a Social System that enables and requires the freedom, equality and sovereignty of all it’s members, and that is called Anarchism.
But you can’t have just pure Anarchism. We have witnessed over the past several thousand years that a system that is organized, but lacks the principle of Anarchism can only end up creating destructive chaos. The same, however, is true of Anarchism without a system of organization. To put that simply, Organization without Anarchy is just as dangerous as Anarchy without Organization. Both are necessary for a peaceful and abundant society.
In order to create a system that can function peacefully no matter how complex it becomes, it has to incorporate the principles of Anarchism. Namely, Freedom, Equality, and Sovereignty for All. While the Mainstream mythology would have you believe that Anarchism is lawlessness and disorder, in reality, what it really means is that everyone is “above rulership.” It means that everyone is their own Master and no one is a Slave. It means no one is above or below anyone else.
However, in order for a Anarchical system to function peacefully, it needs to have a system of organization that enables us and requires us to use the principles of Anarchism. Otherwise, everyone will constantly be going around creating their own systems, their own rules; and no one would be able to get along. The Metatocracy is a system of organization, based on nature itself, that we can all agree on the world around due to its universality, as a Social Administrative System to support Anarchism.
A Holistic System
Now, some people might accuse the Metatocracy, at this point, of being Socialism, Marxism, or Communism due to is egalitarianism. This couldn’t be further from the truth, however, as you will begin to see here. Socialism, Marxism and Communism can be summed up as Collectivism, and Capitalism can be summed up as Individualism. The Metatocracy is neither of these because it is both of these. The Metatocracy is not opposed to either of these, but rather incorporates the principles of both into a single unified whole that creates a holistic and complete system.
Collectivism and Individualism are the two opposite ways of managing the Master/Slave relationship throughout Society. The Metatocracy is Nature’s Original Alternative – the holistic, complete, whole system Equality, where everyone is their own Master, and Collectively, we are the Master of Society.
The biggest functional difference between the Metatocracy and Authoritarianism is that decisions cannot be arbitrarily made by a single manager, executive or small group of people. Any decision that affects other people within the business or community must be made by a vote between all of the people that are directly affected by that decision.
The Pyramid Power Structure utilizes what Napoleon Hill defined as the “Mastermind Principle.” The Board of Directors at the top of the pyramid function as a Mastermind Group to make all the decisions for the business that everyone else must comply with. The Metatocracy takes this Mastermind Principle to the next level, incorporating the self-same Mastermind Group throughout every single layer of the business turning the whole organization into a Holographic Mastermind.
If a single Mastermind is more intelligent and creative than a single mind, imagine how much more intelligent and creative a Holographic Mastermind is compared to a single Mastermind!
Politics! Who Needs ’em?
As you can see, this same principle also affects the Politics of the Organization. Whereas, in an Authoritarian system, we vote for who takes on certain positions to make certain decisions for us, in the Metatocracy, we not only vote on who takes certain positions, but we also vote on all the decisions that directly affect us. In fact, most businesses do not even allow a vote for who gets to make the decisions.
Democracy is the ability to vote for who has power over you. The United States and some other countries are run this way. The people give all their power to a handful of other people who collectively call themselves the “Government.” In reality, a Democracy is just occulted Communism. It is slavery with the illusion of choice. The funny thing is, even in Democratic Nations, most businesses still operate as Dictatorships.
This is the number one reason why, regardless of how governments claim to operate, they will always reflect the self-same systems used by their constituent businesses. All governments are dictatorships because the grand majority of all businesses are dictatorships.
Metatocracy is Holographically Organized Egalitarian Anarchism. It is not a Democracy. It is not a Dictatorship. It is not a Monarchy. It is not a Holacracy. It is not a Bureaucracy of any kind. It is beyond bureaucracy. It is not varying levels of authority and secrecy. It is Holographic Social Administration. It is Individual Sovereignty for all, with simultaneous Collective Sovereignty, which is fractalized into many different cultures, belief systems, and geographical areas. It is Sovereignty at every layer.
It is the ability to vote on every decision that directly affects you – to actually have a real voice in the decisions being made. In this way, the decisions may not always go in your favor, but at least we can no longer blame a single person or group for our unhappiness. Now, we have to accept the fact that the decision was made by the overwhelming majority of our peers, meaning that it is what most people want, and I happen to be in the minority this time. But most of the time, you are likely to be in the majority, meaning there is much more opportunity for happiness and feeling as though you are making a positive impact on your community when using the Metatocracy.
This is, perhaps, the single largest benefit of using the Metatocracy. The psychological stress of having no control over your life is nonexistent to anyone operating within the Metatocracy, because in the Metatocracy, everyone has the utmost control over their own lives. We just don’t have any control over anyone else’s, and that’s the way it should be. Right?
The Power of the Written Word
Okay, so if no one has any power or authority over anyone else, then how does anything get done? How does everyone know what they are supposed to do, when they are supposed to do it, how they are supposed to do it?
Well, it’s a good thing everyone in today’s world can read. Because we can write down what someone’s typical daily expected accountabilities are. We can, through the initial training period, show them how to do the work and set the expectations, which must be written down and signed by the parties taking responsibility for them. We can write down any extra requests and have someone sign off on it to take responsibility for it.
It’s a type of system known as Track and Trace. Rather than using policies and hierarchies to Command and Control, the Metatocracy uses paperwork to Track and Trace duties, accountabilities and responsibilities. Track and trace is also known as Decentralized Self-Management, and Command and Control is also known as Centralized Management.
A signature is powerful thing. Language is magic. That’s why they call it spelling. It has real power, because it has real meaning through the vibrations of their sounds. A word written is actually more powerful than a word spoken. This is why contracts have always been at the center of how magic works. This is why we’ve used contracts since the beginning of society.
Before the law was called law, it was called magic. In the past, it was only understood by those who could read and write – the scribes – because written language is the cornerstone of the use of magic. An ancient Maxim of Law/Magic is that “Contract makes the Law.” It forces us to become accountable to what we said we agreed to and would comply with. By putting our signature on the paper, we are acknowledging, in front of witnesses, that we are accepting responsibility and accountability for the terms set forth in the contract.
This is the ONLY way, throughout all of history, to use one’s own free will to bind oneself to responsibilities/accountabilities one feels they can agree to for the purpose of serving something greater than themselves. And if you haven’t noticed, it works very, very well.
As this is entirely based in Natural Law, this still holds true today.
That is why even today, we can use the self-same system of magic – the written word – to ensure that what needs to be done gets done.
You don’t need to walk up to one of your employee’s and order them to do something right here and now. You can always pass out an Action or Project Request Form and see who will sign it to take responsibility for it. If there is an emergency that needs to be taken care of immediately, your employees should know about before you do and shouldn’t have to be told to take care of it. It should be a part of their expected duties and accountabilities, which they should already be well familiar with because they should have signed an employment agreement that clearly stated what those accountabilities are, and your initial training period should have reinforced those duties.
If your business doesn’t already operate like this, well, it’s going to when you are done implementing the Metatocracy into it, and with minimal effort on your part once you are finished setting it up. With the Metatocracy, you should be able to walk away from your business for a year and expect to come back to see your business has doubled its success.
Hiring and Firing
Everyone should be doing what they signed on to do. If they don’t, they are not only harming the business, they are harming their peers within the business. And that is exactly why, in the Metatocracy, we don’t need a Manager or Executive to decide who gets hired or fired and why.
Instead, we can leave the hiring and firing to each group to decide amongst themselves by vote. If an employee in their group is routinely not fulfilling their accountabilities, the first people to notice will be their direct peers in their own working group. They will also be the most affected by this behavior. Therefore, they should have the ability to decide when or if such people get fired, and they should be able to interview and hire their replacement.
This is, perhaps, a much more efficient way of producing harmony in the workplace, than having managers make these decisions for their employees. There are simply too many dynamics at play for a single manager to know who would be best amongst all possible candidates to hire into their group of employees. But the employees, collectively, would be able to figure that out with ease through a mass interview and voting process. Almost any choice made by the group is bound to be better than the choice made by the Manager.
Mastermind Your Business
The next biggest functional difference to cover is how every group is, itself, a Mastermind within the organization.
The Mastermind group at the top of the pyramid of every existing business may be different from business to business, but they all have some certain positions that are the same as all other businesses, because all businesses, just like all dynamic groups of people, have certain needs that always need to be met. Among them are such things as Advisement, operational management, resource management, mediatorship, strategy and planning, etc.
These responsibilities have been generically simplified for use in any group within any organization, so that every group within every organization can manage these responsibilities for itself, thereby contributing to the overall management and administration of the entire business.
This means that every group now has it’s own Treasurer to manage the inventory it needs to do its job. They have their own Operator to manage their meetings and communications. They have their own Mediator to help resolve disputes. They have their own Advisor to help them improve at their job or overcome personal issues. They have their own Strategist to help them plan out their Milestones and reach the goals set for them and by them. And, of course, everyone in the group is responsible for the actual work that needs to be done by their group for the business to succeed.
Like this, each group becomes self-sustainable, self-managing, but remains holistically and holographically connected to the whole business, thereby contributing to the overall management and administration of the business as a Holographic Mastermind. This means everyone has far less management and administrative duties to fulfill, meaning everyone has more time for productivity, meaning the entire organization becomes that much more efficient.
There are infinite more functional differences to cover, but most of these will be smaller and much more specific to each individual type of business. We cannot begin to cover them all here. Every business will have unique needs that will need to be met.
Further education will be required if you wish to set up the Metatocracy yourself. I have written an extensive book series on the subject called “The New Age Order.” (Parts 01 and 02 not yet available. Part 03 is the most important.) But if you would like us to help you set up the Metatocracy in your business, you will have the option to contact us and purchase one of our programs when you complete this Quest.
