Now that we’ve seen what the Holographic Mastermind is and what that means – not to mention how powerful it is – it’s time we go into detail regarding the actual processes involved.
For all intents and purposes, most of the everyday happenings are quite the same. Work still happens. People still do their jobs. People still operate in particular positions with particular responsibilities associated to those positions. The biggest differences are that now every group is it’s own Mastermind and Administrative affairs are managed by everyone, rather than just managers.
The Administrative affairs are what is so different. Many things are still the same. For example, a contract is still a contract. An agreement is still an agreement. But no longer can anyone, regardless of their position, make any decision that affects others without getting their permission first. We also cannot control how others do their own work.
This is all part of Holographic Administration. Not even the CEO of a Metatocratic Business can fire someone, change a policy or dictate ultra specific details regarding how one ought to do their own work, without allowing those directly affected to debate and vote on the issue.
The only powers the Central Heart, or otherwise the Founding Members, of an organization have that others do not is the ability to create the original vision and mission of the organization, they get to set the original terms and conditions in their Trust Indenture Agreement (operating policies), they get to set the original duties, accountabilities and responsibilities of each position in the business, they get to hire the first round of employee’s, they get to create new missions and quests or other expansions to the business, etc. But from there, everyone begins to participate in the ongoing evolution of the business.
So then, how do all the processes involved with a Holographic Administration work?
Beyond Bureaucracy
We’re used to bureaucratic processes and the Authority of the Hierarchy, but with the Metatocracy, all of this is now different. It has to be.
In the 2 Dimensional Hierarchy of Authoritarianism, it has been accepted as normal for as long as human history reveals that certain people should have the right to have authority over others. The entire premise of the Hierarchy and Authoritarianism is the core belief that all people, all positions, are not of equal importance or value.
As such, it seems normal for a manager to command others and be commanded by another him or herself. It seems normal for the top of the pyramid to make decisions without consulting anyone else within the business that everyone else has to comply with. It seems normal for most people to be powerless and for all the power to rest in the hands of a few.
The general belief is that those in positions of power are “experts” who know better than the masses and can make better decisions.
But be honest with yourself. Are you really the expert? Isn’t that why you went out and hired experts to work in your business? Or isn’t that why you’re planning on it?
Remember when you were an employee? How many of your employers decisions did agreed with?
The truth is, no one is really an expert in anything. We are all still learning, and very few people in this world are actually smarter than others. Fact is, in most cases, those in positions of power are no more intelligent than their employees, followers or citizens.
The Metatocracy can help our businesses thrive more easily by utilizing the innate intelligence inherent within the entire network of people we call “The Business.”
The idea that we, as the business owner, know better than all of our employees is delusional. Yes, we may have the most passion, and we came up with the vision, but our vision is incomplete if it only includes our own desires. Our vision could be so much more if we allow it to be. Our vision could help so many more people, if we get out of our own way and stop the toxic thinking we’ve been indoctrinated with through years of failed human history.
The processes involved in the administration of a hierarchical system have been tailored to suit these past traits of toxic thinking.
Sovereignty
The 3 Dimensional Holographic Organization of Egalitarian Anarchism, as we are beginning to collectively discover as inherent throughout nature, reveals that no one should have the right to wield authority over others, except for parents over their own children until they become Sovereign in their own right.
The entire premise of Holographic Organization and Egalitarian Anarchism is the core belief that all people are Free, Equal and Sovereign in their own right. Sovereignty, however, comes with a caveat. Your Sovereignty cannot be respected by others until you learn how to respect the Sovereignty of others as well as assert your Sovereignty respectfully, and that means one must be able learn for themselves, think for themselves and make decisions for themselves without violating the rights of others to do the same. This requires a certain amount of study of certain subjects, as well as a certain amount of spiritual maturity.
It doesn’t actually take much. It takes a curious mind, one that likes to understand a little bit about everything. It takes a broad perspective.
Everyone is naturally curious, but the Rockefeller education systems are designed to kill our curiosity and turn us into mindless sheep. While self sovereignty requires a basic understanding of all subjects in order to properly manage one’s own affairs (health (psychological and physical), wealth, family and business), it requires in particular, a deeper understanding of the following subjects: the History of Law, Natural Law (which can also be called Hermetic Philosophy or the Mystery School Teachings), as many different religions or faiths as possible so you may recognize the similarities between them all, and the practice of regular meditation.
I’ve written various books about these topics, but these subjects should really remain a lifetime study for every individual as they are central to life and society.
Hierarchical systems wish to control information in order to keep control over an ignorant population. Anarchistic systems, must, by their very nature, encourage (not control) the education of everyone on all subjects, especially the History of Law and Natural Law. After all, if everyone is meant to participate in the Administration of a Business or Society that is based on Egalitarian Anarchism, then everyone needs to be educated in how to participate in administrative affairs. Administrative affairs are inherently “lawful” affairs.
Education is the Pre-Requisite to Sovereignty
As such, participation in administrative affairs is the responsibility of the Sovereign. Administrative affairs are governed by the policies that are set for the business or society. In Society, these policies are generally, but incorrectly, called Laws. They are legal codes, by-laws, policies, ordinances, etc. But they obtain their power from Natural Law. This is why understanding the History of Law and Natural Law are fundamental pre-requisites to understanding Sovereignty and thus, participating in administrative affairs.
Therefore, if you truly wish to set up the Metatocracy in your business, it may be helpful for you to include a policy in your new Employment Agreements that requires all employees to study certain books. A list of great education material for you to choose from may be found HERE {Create page and then link back}.
It is far better to be educated than indoctrinated. You don’t need systems to educate people. The very etymology of the word implies that education is, and can only be, a self regulated effort.
As Andrew Carnegie noted in his discussions with Napoleon Hill, the word Educate stems from the Latin “Educo” which directly translates into our language as “Educe” which means “To draw out from within.” While I can draw out the truth from within you in this monologue, it’s up to you to read it, seek to understand it, and compare it to other things you have or will study, thereby drawing it out from within yourself.
Fortunately, the Metatocracy, itself, is a system that supports and empowers such self education. It also requires it, and has a support system for ongoing education and self improvement built into the system. This will be especially necessary in the beginning when working with people who are used to working within the master/slave relationship of the Hierarchical systems, in particular while most of our employees have yet to ever study the History of Law of Natural Law.
For most people, it will be their first time working within a system in which everyone must respect the Freedom, Equality and Sovereignty of all others. It will take a long time for many people to adjust. Some people will even come to discover that they prefer to be slaves. That’s okay. Because fortunately, the Metatocracy enables us to work at a much higher efficiency than the Hierarchical models even when we are working terribly out of harmony, as we will be at first, until we all improve ourselves within the system and get used to operating in a way that is fundamentally different to everything we’ve ever experienced before.
Administrative Processes
And with that, we can now actually dive into some of these processes and how they fundamentally differ from the obsolete models of authoritarianism.
We’ve already mentioned a few times that since no one can order another person, there are processes in place using contracts such as “Action Request Forms,” and “Project Request Forms,” in order to have people sign off on taking responsibility for things outside their usual scope of duties. So, let’s skip straight past this into the most important administrative affairs – meetings.
There will be a need for several different types of administrative meetings for any business using the Metatocracy. They are:
- Heart to Heart Meetings
- Mastermind Meetings
- Election Meetings, and
- Administrative Meetings
Heart to Heart Meetings:
Heart to Heart Meetings are educational meetings between any two people in a business. They may be formal or informal. An example might be someone meeting with their Advisor Chakra for help improving their ability to perform their primary duties, or for help overcoming a personal issue that is affecting their ability to work as expected.
Mastermind Meetings:
Mastermind Meetings are meetings between Mastermind Members concerning issues that have only to do with their own Mastermind. Among these might be meetings to interview prospective new employees, meetings to change processes or policies related directly to the Mastermind, but mostly these meetings are reserved for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly progress updates and troubleshooting solutions for current problems or issues.
Election Meetings:
Election Meetings are just that, meetings in which we first debate over possible nominations and then elect someone into certain positions. These could be election meetings for who is going to take on a Chakra Role in the Mastermind, or they could be election meetings for promoting someone into Executive Management of the business. After the initial set up of the business, Executive positions are decided by a vote of all the employees that would be directly affected within that positions outermost Holosphere.
Administrative Meetings:
These are the meetings in which we get together to debate and vote on additions, deletions, or edits to the Business Policies, or any policy of any Holosphere outside of our immediate Mastermind.
It is through these meetings and via the responsibilities associated with each of the Chakra Roles in the Holographic Mastermind that everyone in the organization may participate in the administration of the business. Heretofore, such meetings and responsibilities were delegated only to managers, and mostly only to executive managers. But the Metatocracy takes all of these responsibilities and evenly distributes them throughout everyone in the organization.
At first glance, this may seem like a lot more red tape. It may seem a lot more heavily bureaucratic than authoritarianism, but it actually is not. In a Hierarchy, the buck stops at the top. Only the top of the pyramid gets to make the final decision on everything, and therefore, every decision takes that much longer to make. On the other hand, in the Metatocracy, very few of those decisions actually need to reach the top to be implemented.
In the Metatocracy, most decisions can be made faster because the decision can be made by the individual, the Mastermind, or the Department instead of by the CEO. Only the decisions that directly affect everyone in the business need to be administrated by everyone in the business, such as business policy changes, or Executive Manager Elections. Most everything else can be decided by the smaller groups within the business to keep everything moving forward faster.
That said, this is exactly the reason for having so much paperwork to track the accountability of who is making what decisions. Because if really good decisions, or really bad decisions, are being made, someone needs to get credit for them so they can either be rewarded or take responsibility for fixing their mistake.
Conclusion
So, you see, in a system like this, no can go around blaming other people anymore. The CEO doesn’t have to take all the blame because he doesn’t have to take all the responsibility.
Make no mistake though. This model is not for everyone. The moment you implement this model in your business, you are going to find that most of your employees will not wish to participate in this model. This is because most people are fully indoctrinated into slavery. They do not want responsibility. They only want a paycheck. They are not interested in serving others, they are only interested in surviving for themselves. The current systems have been designed to perpetuate this mentality.
It is going to be difficult, at first, to train your first employees into this system. But what you will find by going through this process, is that you will be left with only the best possible employees. And each new employee added on after that is trained by everyone else in the business making it that much easier and faster.
The most wonderful thing of all is that, by using this model in your business, you will be helping to educate the masses in how to be respectfully Free, Equal and Sovereign. You will be teaching the masses how Anarchism really works, and how much better we and the world can be when we use the right systems to manage our complex affairs.
