In the last Step, we covered the main differences in operation between the Pyramid Power Structure of Authoritarianism and the Metatocracy of Egalitarian Anarchism. In this Step, we are going to go more in depth into the subject of the Holographic Mastermind and how it functions to produce exponentially more intelligence and creativity, as well as create harmony in the workplace and help to administrate the business without violating anyone’s rights to Freedom, Equality and Sovereignty.
As you should be familiar with by now, every major Corporation that exists has a Board of Directors at the top of their Corporate Pyramid. This is, essentially, the only group of people within their Pyramid Scheme of a business, that are given the right to operate as a Mastermind Group for the purpose of making decisions for the business, half of which they are not even qualified to be making. They simply assume they have the authority to make such decisions because they have arbitrarily given themselves more authority than any other of their more qualified employees.
That said, however, it is still this very Mastermind that helped their business become such a large and successful Corporation in the first place.
You see, Consciousness is an interesting thing. We all have these separate minds and bodies, but they are all connected together via this thing called Consciousness. Ultimately, there is only one Consciousness that we all share. All of our minds and bodies are made of and operate through the very same singular Consciousness. That is why, when we work together in a spirit of harmony “a third, intangible, mind is created whose intelligence is exponentially greater than the sum of its parts.” – Napoleon Hill.
Our seemingly singular mind, itself, is actually a system of various minds from our organs, tissues, cells, atoms, molecules, etc., all working together in a spirit of harmony. So well, in fact, that it seems to be just one whole, singular mind that we are using.
When we work together with others in a spirit of harmony, the same thing happens to the group that happens within ourselves. Just like the different parts of our bodies work together to process all the information that works through our nervous system, the different people of a group work together to process all the information that flows through the group.
The Law of Doubling
The contributions of each member of the group mind don’t just all add up, however. They all double each other’s effect. In Vortex Mathematics, also known as Numeronomy, this is referred to as the Law of Doubling. The Law of Doubling is a Natural Law that occurs in both energetic as well as information based systems.
You can see the Law of Doubling the most effectively in the cell doubling growth of an organism. All organisms start with a single cell which then doubles upon itself every generation through cell mitosis until the organ systems of the organism are fully grown, at which point, population growth slows to a steady homeostasis.
In energy systems, the law of doubling works by doubling the output of energy in response to each additional singular input of energy into the system. So 1 input gives 1 output, and 2 inputs gives 2 outputs, but 3 inputs now gives 4 outputs, and 4 inputs gives 8 outputs, and so on. The same is true for information systems, including systems of Organic Minds.
Chakra’s of the Mind
A Chakra is an Electromagnetic Field. Each Chakra system in our body is an individual part of our mind, and an individual mind unto itself. There are countless total chakra’s in our body, but there are 7 Primary Chakra’s that everyone is familiar with nowadays. Of these 7, each one serves a different function, a different purpose, and they all work together harmoniously to process information as the singular mind of your body.
Each of these chakra’s represents a single unit of input into the mind system of the body. As 3rd Density creatures, we are born with 3 chakra’s activated. That means we have a total input of 3 units of intelligence/creativity into our mind. This gives us an output of 4 units.
That means that right off the bat we are capable of generating more intelligence/creativity over time than we are born with. Unless, of course, we deactivate our Solar Plexus Chakra, in which case we now stunt our growth in intelligence until reactivating it. But this also means that we become exponentially more intelligent/creative the more Chakra’s we activate. The same is true for the number of members in a Mastermind group.
This universal principle is why Newtonian Mathematics doesn’t break down within a closed system until there are at least 3 units operating within the system. The addition of the third unit introduces “Chaos” to the system and the entropy generated by this chaos produces excess energy that can be put to work in order to create more out of the system. It is actually quite the ingenious simplicity for the creator to have created a self-perpetuating system of self-managing creation.
The Power of the Holographic Mastermind
Now, let’s look at a Mastermind group. Each person is considered (on average) a single input of intelligence or creativity to the group. A group of 7 people working in harmony with each other is producing an output of 64 units of intelligence even though it only has an input of 7 units. This is the power of the Mastermind.
So, what happens when you take a business and instead of using just one Mastermind at the top of the organization you turn the whole organization into a Holographic Mastermind?
Well, let’s imagine a business that consists of 7 groups of 7 people each. This business now has 7 groups, each one producing 64 units of intelligence at full efficiency. But do you take 64 and multiply it by 7 for a total of 448? No. Each group is now considered an input into an even larger system. So now, each groups 64 units is now the single unit of input going into the larger Holographic System. So now you have to double 64 seven times. That’s a total of 8,192 units of intelligence being generated by only 42 people (one person from 6 of those groups also exist in the central group).
In other words, your major corporation, having a Board of Director’s consisting of 7 people has 64 units of intelligence working for them to run their company. On the other hand, a small business using the Metatocracy that has only 7 groups of 7 people each has 8,192 units of intelligence running their company.
Even if the Metatocracy based business is only running at half efficiency, they are still producing 4,000 some odd units of intelligence MORE than the corporation, who, by the way, has tens of thousands more employees that they could be using more effectively.
Feel the Power!
If nothing else, this alone should prompt you to want to use the Metatocracy in your business. Even if you’re an Authoritarian and prefer the Pyramid Power Structure, you cannot deny the power associated with the Mastermind Principle and just how much more power your company could have if it was using the Holographic Mastermind.
But how exactly does the Holographic Mastermind work within a business anyway?
Excellent question! And one we are here specifically to answer.
There is a very good reason the Chakra System was chosen as the metaphor to helping you understand the Mastermind Principle. If the Mind operates based on the Chakra System of your body which follows the same principles as the Mastermind, then it makes sense to use the same language and principles when defining the various parts of the Mastermind.
The Principle of 7
I don’t remember who did the initial research anymore, but someone, if not multiple people by now, have unequivocally proven that the most efficiency and harmony in groups happens between the numbers 3 and 13 (if you know a good source for this, please let me know, so I can update this). Any less than 3 people and the group is not efficient enough (synergy is not achieved until a minimum of 3 are present). Any more than 13 people and the group begins to lose harmony which breaks down efficiency.
It just so happens that the Fruit of Life symbol contains 13 circles while the Flower of Life symbol contains 7 circles.
Since the Flower of Life is organized Holographically as the Fruit of Life in the Metatocracy, 7 seems the most appropriate. 7 also happens to be right smack dab in the middle between 3 and 13, making it the most harmonious and the most efficient number. Perhaps this is why the number 7 is so proliferent throughout Nature, even so much that it has it’s own Natural Law called the Principle of 7:
A cell doubles 7 times before it becomes a tissue, which doubles 7 times before it becomes an organ because of the principle of 7. In Vortex Mathematics, as discovered by Marco Rodin, the Law of Doubling, when starting from the number “1” begets a 7 step pattern that repeats forever and ever in it’s digital roots. This sequence is “1, 2, 4, 8, 7, 5, 1.”
It is easy to see how 1 is doubling up to 8 in that pattern. The rest is in digital roots. 8 doubled is 16. 1+6=7. 16 doubled is 32. 3+2=5. 32 doubled is 64. 6+4=10 and 1+0=1. Keep doubling from 64 and reducing the result to its single digital root and you will keep producing this same pattern over and over again where “1” becomes the first and the seventh number in the sequence insomuch that the last always becomes the first, and the first always becomes the last.
This mathematical principle is why the number 7 abounds throughout Nature and why it is so important to so many functions in life, including even the torus shape of the electric and magnetic fields (chakra’s).
The Mastermind Roles
As such, the Mastermind was organized to consist of 7 different functions which have been generically simplified so as to be necessary in any department of any business. Each different functional part of the Mastermind is thereby called a Chakra and takes on the role that most closely resembles the same role taken on by the same Chakra within our body.
Not every role may be necessary for every department or business, and some businesses or departments may need to create extra roles. In either case, I wouldn’t suggest having any less than 3 Chakra Roles, nor any more than 13. Here, we will describe the basic 7:
- Root Chakra – Angel
- Sacral Chakra – Treasurer
- Solar Plexus Chakra – Mediator
- Heart Chakra – Heart
- Throat Chakra – Operator
- Third Eye Chakra – Strategist
- Crown Chakra – Advisor
Root Chakra – Angel:
The Root Chakra processes all information related to basic survival – when to eat, when to sleep, sexuality, and so on. As such, the Root Chakra of the Mastermind is the role in which the functions related to the basic success of the business are enacted. These are the basic duties and responsibilities required by the group in general, be it a group of Cashiers, shelf stockers, accountants, graphic designers, or even managers. Everyone is an Angel because everyone has some responsibility or another related to the productivity of the business.
Sacral Chakra – Treasurer:
The Sacral Chakra of our Mind is our energy storehouse. It is also the seat of the emotions. In general, the Sacral Chakra is about control, either self-control, or control over others. Without the other chakra’s activated, this chakra will seek to control others out of fear, or submit to the control of others out of fear. With other chakra’s activated, this chakra can move beyond fear into its true purpose, which is Self-Control – the ability to regulate and manage one’s own emotions and energy as a creator.
The closest thing to managing one’s own energy in a business group is to manage the resources that group needs to function. The Treasurer is therefore the Resource Manager, or Treasurer, for short. They manage everything from the Inventory of supplies to the budget and the schedule.
Solar Plexus Chakra – Mediator:
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the 3rd Chakra in the human body. These first three Chakra’s are what we are born with pre-activated as a 3rd Density creature. The Solar Plexus Chakra is the Communal Chakra. It is where we gain a sense of our place in the community. The Root Chakra gives us a sense of self. The Sacral Chakra gives us self-awareness. The Solar Plexus Chakra completes the circuit of the other/self paradox letting us see how we relate to and affect others, as well as how they relate to and affect us. This is where our Conscience comes from. This is where we begin to develop a sense of service. However, whether that develops into a sense of service-to-self or service-to-others depends on whether or not we activate our Heart Chakra so that we can understand the true meaning of Love.
Every group has the potential for a dispute to happen between members. And it is also possible that disputes can happen between members of different groups. If each group has it’s own Mediator, then each group can handle their own disputes in house, and when those disputes happen across groups, the larger, or outer group’s Mediator can preside over the dispute. This way, all things are always fair and handled as close to home and with as much privacy as possible, as they should be. For those who plan on joining MetaGaiaes (more information later), the Mediator Chakra’s are our version of the Court System.
Heart Chakra – Heart:
The Heart Chakra is the Central Processor of the body’s mind. All information that flows through the nervous system always enters first through the heart. The heart then sends information either to the brain or the gut for further processing. This process is the mirror of what is happening in your Chakra System. The Heart Center serves the specific function of processing any and all information related to Love. That is what truly separates the Metatocracy from the Pyramid Structure. The Pyramid Structure has a Head who rules out of fear. The Metatocracy has Hearts who support and guide out of love.
In the Mastermind, the Heart is the Central Processor of the group. This person would be, for example, the Shift Supervisor. But in this case, rather than being their “Manager” they are now their Heart. Their role is less to manage the employees and more to support them. Their primary role is to manage communications between outer groups and their group. In the Metatocracy, Management is more of an Administrative process than it is a duty of particular positions.
Throat Chakra – Operator:
In the Chakra System, the Throat Chakra processes all information related to communication. In a business, communication is the key factor in managing a group of people and their various dynamic activities. This role may be taken by the Heart Chakra, or it may be taken by another. Either way, the goal of this role is to “Manage without controlling.” This is accomplished through the management of communications rather than the management of people. We must never overstep the boundary of Sovereign Authority that we all have over ourselves. The other primary role of the Operator is to act as the Moderator for all their Masterminds Meetings.
Third Eye Chakra – Strategist:
The Third Eye Chakra does a lot of things, mainly associated with the function of vision and intuition. He who has a highly developed Third Eye Chakra can more easily see the future and plan how to get there.
In a business, every group has a constant set of evolving goals that need to be reached in a timely fashion. The Strategists role is to come up with an evolving plan of action to attain those goals with the team and resources at hand as efficiently as possible. The Operator will be working closely with the Strategist to ensure the plan unfolds as smoothly as possible.
Crown Chakra – Advisor:
The Crown Chakra is what defines our sense of self which determines, to a great extent, how we relate to others and the world at large. If we only have our lower 3 chakra’s activated, our sense of self will be “an individual ego separate from all others.” If all our chakra’s are activated, our sense of self with be “infinite, whole, one with the whole universe.”
The purpose of the Advisor in the Mastermind is to help each individual with their own journey of self-improvement, both from a professional work-related standpoint, as well as a personal standpoint. The Advisor is very much the group therapist, if you will. Perhaps even a Coach or a Mentor. Although, in some groups, they may be more of a legal advisor or financial advisor, depending on the nature and needs of the group.
Conclusion
And there you have it. This is the Holographic Mastermind in a nutshell. Each person serves a role that is necessary for the continued functioning of the group and their associated business. You allow each group to help administrate the whole business by allowing each group to self-administrate their aspect of it. In doing so, you not only increase harmony in the workplace exponentially, but you also thereby increase efficiency and therefore productivity exponentially.
In the next step we will look more closely at the nuances of the processes involved with such a Holographic Administration.
