So, we’ve seen where the Metatocracy comes from and we’ve seen how it works throughout nature. Now, it is time to learn how we can implement the Metatocracy into our very own business or organization.
While we will discuss the functionality a little bit here, we are more concerned with integrating the Organizational System into our business at this point. In the next Phase, we will be diving deeper into the details of functionality.
We already understand the simplest form of the Metatocracy in Nature: Satellites orbiting Planets, orbiting Stars, orbiting Galaxies, etc. Now, let’s give this a visual.
For eon’s, humankind has been using the Pyramid to structure their businesses. We are all familiar with seeing something like this:
This is a simple 2 dimensional structure that has an up/down and left/right paradigm of organization. It is assumed that the higher up the pyramid, the more power and authority one has. Ultimately, in this model, the one at the top of the pyramid always reserves the most power and authority for themselves. It’s easy to see how this model can easily be abused and favored by abusers.
In the past, some brilliant people have come up with the opposite of this idea, which is the upside down pyramid, which gives the most power and authority to the people who used to be on the bottom and are now on the top.
But what happens if you take both of these models and combine them together?
Where else does this shape come from? Oh yeah, Metatron’s Cube, from the Fruit of Life Symbol in the Flower of Life Pattern.
So, how can we use this to organize our own business in a way that depicts everyone as Equals? Easy, throw out the lines and keep the circles. Then make it Holographic so that the outer circles become zoomed in versions of the inner circles so you can see the various layers of the business. For example:
In this format, everyone is on the same level, the same tier of authority. There is only one tier, there is no up or down in this chart, there is only within and without. You can clearly see where everyone has authoritative influence based on the color schematic. Notice how those colors never bleed into the circles within them. Everyone retains authoritative influence over their own Holosphere.
A Heart Based System
This is non-militaristic. As can be clearly seen in the depiction of the structure itself, no one has the right to give anyone else an order or command. Instead, requests must be made on paper, and responsibility must be taken on by signing and dating the request.
In this model, there is no Top of the Pyramid called the “Head.” Instead, there is the center of the organization, known as the Central “Heart.” Here again is a clear difference between the Pyramid model and the Metatocracy.
The Pyramid is a “head based” organizational system that assumes the head to be the control center of the organism. This is not supported by the natural sciences, however, which show that the heart is actually the control center of the organism. All information received by the body is first recognized by the heart, which then sends information to the rest of the body for further processing (heartmath.com).
In the Metatocracy, the Central Heart has no more power or authority than anyone else in the business, but they still have the most amount of responsibility. The further “outward” one evolves in the Metatocracy (outward as in a wider Sphere of Influence), the more responsibility one takes on.
But this in no way grants them any more authority. A wider field of influence, yes. They can wield influence over more people with a larger Holosphere, but no one can ever wield authority over any person. We’ll talk more about how people use influence in the next Phase.
Let’s Get Organized
Now, how can you organize your business using this chart? This, by the way, will be your Verification Homework for this Step. To create an Organizational Chart for your business in the form of the Metatocracy.
The easiest way to do this is to start on the outside and work your way in. That means that first, you need to figure out the size of your business. The size of your business is determined by the number of layers it has, or what was previously the number of steps, or levels, in your pyramid model.
Thinking about your company from the outside-in is essentially the same as thinking about it from the top-down, but with a shift in perspective that perceives equality rather than inequality.
The largest corporations have 6 layers making them a Universe size business. The smallest businesses are Independent Contractors, which we call Lone Stars, therefore having only one layer. Your typical small, local business, is a Solar System, having a store owner, shift supervisors, and employees. If you own a business that operates at many locations but within only one or two states or provinces, you are probably a Galaxy having 4 layers. If you are slightly larger, maybe you have different departments, so you not only have facility managers but department managers. Now, you are a Galactic Cluster with 5 layers.
Once you determine the size of your business, you now know which position you hold in that business.
If your business is a Solar System, then you are the Star.
If your business is a Galaxy, then you are the Galactic Core.
If your business is a Galactic Cluster, then you are the Galactic Cluster Core.
If your business is a Universe, then you are the Universal Core.
Your “Position” is always dead center of the business, but your Holosphere surrounds the entirety of the Business. That makes you the “Outer most” position, because you have the outer most field of influence, meaning your influence encompasses everyone.
The people who are just below you in the Pyramid Model, are now, instead, going to orbit directly around you in the Metatocracy. So, using the above diagram as a model, write the names of the positions of the people that orbit directly around you in your business, such as in the example below. You don’t need to add color at this point, if you don’t want to. We will discuss what the colors mean in Phase 2.
Previously, these people were under your direct authority. Now, they are within your direct field of influence – they are within your Holosphere. Together, you and these people make up the Central Mastermind of your business. We will be covering exactly what the Mastermind is and how it functions in the Metatocracy in the next Phase.
Obviously, if you have a smaller business, your diagram will likely have fewer people. On the other hand, if your business is larger, it may have more people. The diagrams shown here are using the simplest format for a complete diagram. Your diagram only needs to consist of as many Holospheres and people as actually exist.
Now, on separate piece’s of paper, or in separate files, draw the same diagram for each Holosphere in the next layer inward. Central to these Holospheres will be one of the people that directly orbit you because that is their Holosphere. Then fill the people that directly orbit them.
I would ask that you follow this same pattern to fill in diagrams for every Holosphere at every layer of your business, but I understand if you don’t want to because of the redundancy. So, at least do these first two layers in your homework to show that you understand the basic concept.
We are working on providing software that will simplify this, allowing you to see the Metatocracy of your business in 3D so you can zoom in and out as needed to navigate. This software will also be capable of providing all of our communication and administrative needs to keep track of all accountabilities, responsibilities, communications, contracts, results, obstacles, solutions, votes and administrative (policy) changes.

Either edit them right in your computer using Paint, Acrobat, Word, or some other program, or just print it out and handwrite on them and scan them back into your computer. Then upload them on the next verification screen to show you understand how it works. Then move on to Phase 02.
